Re: Announcing my next project

I love maps and would use them during ttrpg sessions. However, I am not very creative so I am not sure I would use an app like this.
I would use an app like this to modify existing maps... such as adding or removing small elements.

Re: Development Update

Yep! This is not good. :x
I hope that you will find something else that suits your needs. Meanwhile, I believe that the software will run for another few years before it is obsolete.
I'm keeping my faith in BGRPG.

Re: What is the best way to use map tiles?

I have finished resizing all the 6x6 tile so that they fit perfectly to the grid (resized to 6x122 pixels). Now when I place the object they will be offset by half a grid square (61 pixels) both vertically and horizontally since the tiles are 6x6 instead of, say, 5x5. Is there a quick way to change ...

Re: Latest Windows 10 update breaks BPRG?

I will try that next.
At the moment I have stuffed up my system so badly it won't even start up any more. And all I tried to do was to start up in safe mode... I am looking forward to a clean install!

Btw, I also tried a clean install of BRPG but it wouldn't start either.

Re: Latest Windows 10 update breaks BPRG?

Do you have an overclocked CPU? If so, dial it down back to normal speed and see if the problem is gone. No, I have not (intentionally) overclocked the CPU. Do you have Apple's QuickTime for Windows installed? (likely, if you have iTunes installed). If so, you might try uninstalling QuickTime and t...

Latest Windows 10 update breaks BPRG?

I have just updated Windows 10 with the latest update (rather it was Windows that decided to update!). Now I cannot start up BPRG (V1.9 and v1.8b). I get the error message that Macromedia Projector has stopped working. I have restarted the computer but the error still exists. BPRG was working fine j...

Re: What is the best way to use map tiles?

Very interesting!
And would you then save this as an encounter or a deployment?

Re: What is the best way to use map tiles?

Thanks! Those options are best when it's one or two objects to re-size.
Photoshop seems to be best. I think there is a batch conversion option I can use. And I just need to do the conversion once.

What is the best way to use map tiles?

I have a bunch of map tiles that I found somewhere on the internet that are in a 6x6 format. I want to place design a map using these tiles but I can't load more than one tile when I use the "change map" command. OK, I thought. That makes sense... Let's use the "place object" command instead (but fi...

Re: Development Update

Are there any news about a MacOS version of BRPG? I think a saw something about an upcoming Kickstarter.
I have my Windows version but I much prefer a MacOS version. If there is one coming soon... would it be possible to transfer the licence over? :?

Re: BRPG V1.9: .x32 files in Extras folder don't load

Thanks, Heruca! I'm a Mac user by heart but in order to use BRPG and some other Windows only applications I have now purchased Windows 10, partitioned and formatted the hard disk on my MacBookPro (using BootCamp) to NTFS, and installed Windows 10 (64-bit version). Windows runs natively on my MacBook...

BRPG V1.9: .x32 files in Xtras folder don't load

All the .x32 files from in the Xtras folder don't load when I start the BRPG v1.9 application. The error message is "xxx.x32 is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error". After clicking away all 32 or so error messages, the application starts up. I have placed a few figures and ...
