The Nook: Weekly map objects

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted everyone to know that the Nook now offers a weekly map object in our Cranny section. It features work by Alynnalizza, Kepli and myself, and all pieces are compatible with Battlegrounds and Dundjinni.

Enjoy and Happy Gaming

That will be a very useful feature thanks Heruca.

Thanks guys. A lot of thanks must got to dDemonicAngels and Kepli as well, they have played a huge part in getting the site going. I posted one map on the DJ forum, it wasn't for any particular reason that I only did the one, it was that I just fell into a niche with the artwork. I was actually goin...

The Nook Website Open

Greetings Everyone, The Nook is now online. What is it? Well it is the new home for all the content I have submitted to the Dundjinni forums over the past couple years, housed in an easily navigated and zip capable gallery. Is that it? Nope, there are gaming articles and original game content by dDe...

Quick Start and free RPG rules

Since Marksimms requested it, I figured I would share the free and quick play rules that I know of. I would love to see any more that people have. Caution PDFs the may be slow to load and you need Adobe Reader. Free quick start rules to commercial games. I put my two favorites at the top. :) Castles...

Since you brought it up I figured I would recycle an earlier post of mine. [quote="greytale"] --------- Greys dream tool. I spent the good course of a year and a half designing in Neverwinter Nights trying to adapt it to play pen and paper D&D. I know many others attempted and failed, or succeeded s...

I have to say it was great to see the growth of BRPG in just the past few months from ICON. I had a blast playing this game at ICON but we did have a few game stopping glitches in that game. Last night the system preformed wonderfully. The major difference between the sessions then and now, was that...

Great News. Anything that makes the GM's life easier is a great addition. Since I love player handouts, this was the first thing I looked for when I started testing BRPG to run games. Even if it is not as elaborate as we talked about in the post, any type of player archive is a huge step forward. --...

Hi Heruca,

I figured I'd bump this back to the top. Do you see plans to implement this type of feature? To me it is critical for allowing quicker gameplay and more player involvement in the game.

A Game of Thrones is a pretty cool setting, I must have an older PDF of the rules because mine's statted for both d20 and TriStat. I have the standard edition hard bound book which is only D20. I think the leather bound had both d20 and Tristat. I had a hard time finding this one but would have lov...

Farland, have you continued to use BRPG within your PBP game? I am curious how it is working for you. Are you using BRPG as a tool to just layout the battle and posting a pic to the PBP or are you actually running the major battles within BRPG and only RPing in the post? With the grid I am assuming ...

Greytale, does C&C have any special die rolling requirements that BRPG could be made to support better? Not that I can think of, but will give the book a once over. C&C is a mix of basic D&D and D20 D&D (though not officially d20). It is pretty much roll a d20 and add modifiers against a target num...

That is about a half hour from here without traffic. I live right of off route 1 and 95. Bummer about the PC. I know what you mean about not drawing, I had a period over the past few months where I was battling sever joint pain. Since I am on a PC all day I had to lay off at home. I don't know what ...

Hey AA glad to see you around. It's funny every time I saw the Asgard North name I always assumed you lived in Canada. Why I don't know, but I did. Vermont is actually just a stones throw from me, alright maybe a little more. I live just north of Boston and it is good to have a fellow New Englander ...

All dice should be Keplified. I think as long as there at least a couple different colors for the purposes designation it would be great. FG2 has a utility within it for changing dice set colors and print. I really thought it was a waste of coding, since I really didn't see a purpose for it ...

Sure, I can turn off totaling the result. Excellent idea. Now is the time to make all die roller requests. So keep them coming, as I'll be starting on v1.0.9 development very soon, and it's main focus will be giving the Die Roller an overhaul, and adding dice macros. Woo hoo. Heruca, if you need an...
