Player side archiving of visual aids.

Is it possible to have player side archiving of visual aids? An example of this would be a letter, map or other handout that the GM sends to them that can be pulled up later by the player if needed without the GM resending? Obviously, this should not be all handouts only ones designated for player a...

Everything you mentioned is already planned AFAIK. I kind of expected that a lot of this had been suggested. The signs were already on the forum and even BRPG had the groundwork. But I felt inspired to write on anyway. :) I see so much potential out of this package it is hard to sit by and not voic...

I am most definitely in for that. --------- Greys dream tool. I spent the good course of a year and a half designing in Neverwinter Nights trying to adapt it to play pen and paper D&D. I know many others attempted and failed, or succeeded somewhat, to use it for that purpose. In other words it neede...

We all know why Apone, Hicks, Wierzbowski kicked butt don't we Heruca.

Apone: That's what we gonna do, sweethearts. We are going to go and get some. All right people, on the ready line!

0,1,0,1,0

I just want to say I had a great time and BRPG was fantastic.

It is a d20 based RPG. So far what I have read fits nicely with the nature of the setting.

Ready to Roll

Alright, I have been hanging around here for a long while and on the Dundjinni forums for much, much longer and have yet to jump back into the RPG realm I work feverishly at drawing artwork for. I am an old D&Der where most of my RPG experiences start with "Back in the Day". I am looking to get back...

As long as we can keep Kepli from hitting everything with prismatic spray it should be an exciting adventure. Alright, we will let him color a few things. --- EDIT by Omni --- (Missed moving this one) "Your quest, should you chose to accept it, is to hunt down Prismatic Bears in the land...

Mahhand,

I don't want to keep tying up Heruca's development thread but you might try RPGmapshare. While it uses php the final image view page does not.

Here is a sample link of a Wayne Francis map from the site.

Mahhand, While I don't have free space to offer. I did upload you map to my site and was able to run it from BRPG. I also tested the free site and it failed. I suspect the issue is with the use of the PHP url on the free sites. Heruca might be able to confirm this for you. You are correct in using m...

Great idea Venger. It would be great for the wargame side as well so games could be played over a period of time instead of one session. A game log and replay system is already planned. And it may even be possible to output a game replay to Quicktime or some other common playback format. That would ...

Not a problem Heruca, if the situation should change feel free to contact me anytime. I never mind doing multiple creative projects, its better than doing a brain drain on PC games and TV.

I like the plug-in idea and I am sure all third party developers would be glad to hear that.

Heruca, You continue to suprise me with each subsequent release. I love the 1.0.6a release. There is some great stuff there. I will be buying BRPG today or tomorrow and digging for a game some time thereafter. :D If you are looking for help I would be glad to volunteer in any way possible. I do have...

I agree getting "a scheduled commitment" from players is tough. I have been hesitant buying this awesome product because I have yet to set the hook in my buddies of 20+ years. I do think GMs get the "pen and paper gaming" bug more than players but I will keep plugging at them. I must admit they had ...
