Vengers Objects

Post by Venger » Tue Jan 16, 2007 12:50 pm

Here are a couple of objects for your pleasure

One is a generic ruined tower

The second is a long lost highway segment.

I created these objects for use with my Middle Earth game. The road is supposed to represent the Men-I-Naugrim highway, and the tower is a place I used for an encounter with Orc

I hope you find them useful

Thanks, Venger. These are very handy for custom maps and improvised Encounters. :)

My pleasure

I will continue to add objects as I come up with them.
I posted them to the Dundjinni forums as well

I saw that. Keep in mind though that DJ needs objects made at 200 pixels per 5 feet (assuming they are battlemap-scale objects).

You could always create future art at the larger scale, and just downsize it for posting here (to 61 or 122 pixels per 5 feet).

Ohhh Ok I didnt know that. I will keep that in mind also. I didnt intend on making DJ objects but heck why not, its just as easy

I made these maps with Photoshop, and I havent played around with Dundjinni a lot yet.

Great tool tho, I plan on using for indoor mapping of structures and whatnot, tho I have found DJ excels with square grids and working with hexes is a little difficult at some junctures.

What a great time to be a GM geek jock!

Trees and Shrubs

Post by Venger » Fri Feb 09, 2007 1:48 pm

Here are a few trees and shrubs I am using to make maps these days.

I gleaned these from the Battle for Middle Earth 2 world builder.

I am leaving out the drop shadows so those of you who are proficient with Photoshop or some other proggy ike that can create your own and in the direction and height that you want

But if someone needs drop shadows I can do that for them

Enjoy

Very cool, Venger. Thanks for sharing them.

One of the image links is broken, though.

[Spam Post Removed by Moderator]

The previous post links to an Active X that installs a control that is another one of those spyware removal wannabes

They infect your system with a virus then try to sell you the tool to remove it

I hope there is a special hell for those kind of people
