WinXP SP2, Beta 1.09

There are some minor issues with the Audio menu and how audio works.

When "previewing" sound FX...
...If "loop" is clicked is sometimes doesn't let me stop previewing the sound. If I click to the next sound I can end up with two sounds playing. This does not duplicate every time

...to "Everyone" doesn't always seem to work
...to "Main Party" doesn't always work either
...to individuals always seems to work

...doesn't always work on player clients although the sound can keep looping on the GMs

Been a long time since audio has been tested, and I still havent tested Send Audio in ages, but I was noticing in one of the campsite encounters that the campfire sound would start cutting out repeatedly in short bursts after a while.

For v1.0.8a, it is now possible to stop a looping sound on a connected client by opening the Send Audio panel and clicking on the "Loop Continuously" checkbox until it is unchecked.
