System spec:
System: Acer Laptop 1.7ghz Pentium M
Windows XP (Home) - Fully updated
RAM: 2gb (333mhz) PC2700
Security: Zonealarm
While the new Apple compooter is in transit, I took the plunge and maxed out the RAM on the laptop, so my nephew who will be the lucky recipient (
) shouldnt be too disappointed with performance. BG is now flying along.
Firstly, I love the toggled Command Bar options. Several hours of opening and closing dialogues finally, lead me on to checking out some of BGs other features.
Whilst the notes feature for figures seems fine where light sources are not in evidence, this feature (for me) at least, does not work with the Dungeon Sampler encounter.
Upon opening the Edit/Notes, the pre-entered text appears selected, and will only initialise on mouse over if de-selected through the Edit/Notes dialoge; and then only the once.
Oh well back to toggling the Command Bar options for a while... now you see it... now you dont... now you see it... now you dont...
Its the simple pleasures...
Baz.
