Lights not centering on figure in hex grid v1.6k

Post by Malazgard » Tue Nov 02, 2010 8:16 pm

Using v1.6k of Battlegrounds (GM client) and Windows 7 for OS.

Placed a figure on a 40x46 hex map and any light source selected is centering itself 3 hexes above the actual figure. Was able to duplicate this with multiple default figures included with Battlegrounds. This also happened when altering the hex grid to 40x40.

However, when switching the map to a square grid lights are properly centering.

Neat....I didn't notice this one because I've been using larger-than-the-FoW maps for a while, and thus had it turned off. 1.6j does it too.

Probably that 40x46 grid change that did it... :)

Welcome, Malazgard.

Thanks for pointing that out. Kazander is correct about the cause. I will try to fix it in v1.6L.

OK, it's fixed in v1.6L (which I hope to release relatively soon).

Seems to be, yes. I tried it very briefly on the weekend.
