Turn Sequencer Does not activate

Post by Ken_Snellings » Fri Jan 28, 2011 8:11 pm

I hit T and nothing happens. I click on the Turn Sequencer Button and nothing happens.

It DID work earlier today and I have no idea what has changed.

Am running Windows 7 64 Bit.

I appreciate any help I might get here.

Welcome, Ken_Snellings.

When it worked for you before, did you by chance have a second display hooked up, and you moved the Turn Sequencer over to it? If so, that would explain why it won't show up for you now, if you are now using only a single display. The Turn Sequencer IS there, but is located way off-screen.

Let me know if this is the case and I will explain how to delete a particular preference file, which will result in your having access to the Turn Sequencer once again.

Failing that, have you tried re-launching BRPG? Does that fix it?

Did you create custom settings for the Turn Sequencer, using the TS Wizard?

Nope, only a single monitor.

I've not used the configuration tool yet.

I've restarted the computer at least twice.

For what it's worth, I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.

Quit BRPG, and try deleting the file called "TSPrefs.txt". See this forum thread for the location of the file. Then launch BRPG and see if the Turn Sequencer appears.

Make sure to always click on the map window (to restore focus to the map window) prior to pressing a hotkey, if hotkeys don't seem to be working.
