Sign-up thread for BGE Beta Testing

Post by heruca » Mon Apr 25, 2011 5:20 pm

Battlegrounds Gaming Engine (aka BGE) will soon commence beta testing. This will (initially at least) be a closed beta for current users of BRPG who have a strong interest in boardgaming/wargaming.

Sign-up in this thread. Not all applicants will necessarily be accepted into the closed beta. Your prior feedback for BRPG will be taken into account (i.e., those who have proven themselves to be the most helpful with their feedback will be granted priority).

Since I originally come from the COSIM/wargame camp I would like to join the beta test.
I play wargames for 20 years or so, and did a "Cry Havoc" and "B17-Queen of the skies" adaptation for BG.

If you don't have enough Beta-testers, let me know.
I have some time available in the last three weeks of may :)

Been pretty busy lately, but if you add any more flash support to BG or BGE, I'll make some time to help test :P

BGE should be available for beta testing sometime this coming week. Possibly as soon as Tuesday, barring any unforeseen issues that crop up during my own pre-release testing.

BGE beta 1 is now out to the beta testers.

I'm hoping they can't break it too much.

If you need any more testers let me know. I'd be happy to try it out. Although it looks like release is imminent.

Congrats to rrvistas. He has received a complimentary BGE license for being the most valuable beta tester of BGE beta 1.
